Ok so this post is wayyyy overdue but as I’ve said before I’m irresponsible and unable to keep a deadline. Also I’ve just been struggling with this whole blogging thing. Like idk lately I’ve just been thinking what’s the point, not lately, ever since I started four years ago I’ve been questioning what’s the point. And I think the reason its not doing so well is because I haven’t been able to answer that question for myself. I’m sure other bloggers out there feel the same way, like I’ll work on a post for a couple hours and then think who gives a crap and not even post. Like why should anyone care about what I’m wearing and what I’m eating, what value is this bringing anyone. And I know that I follow people strictly for the aesthetics like I love the look of their pictures so I follow their instas and read their blogs but idk when I post anything I always just think what is the point of this content I’m putting out there, am I just adding to this internet noise, so that’s why my insta and blog are always changing, cause im trying to find something different. So yeah my apologies for my inabilities to post consistently, hope you enjoy the weirdness of this post though.
If you do stop by and miraculously read this till here, leave a comment if you can relate to those fraudulent, adding-to-the-internet-noise feels. (no one leaves comment *tears*)
Till next time, whenever that may be<3
Oh and this is what I was for halloween, check out valfre’s instagram if you don’t know who this is
I got this whole outfit this week at Forever 21 so I’m sure all this stuff is still there, although I couldn’t find it online. I linked some things below from stores you can find in the mall so that you don’t have to order online and wait for shipping.
So I thought why not do a Halloween inspired post on my blog while we are still in those Halloween weekend vibes. I’m a huge fan of the movie Leon: The Professional. It’s one of the only moves that makes me cry without fail. Even finding a quote from the movie to caption my photo with made me a little teary eyed. If you haven’t seen this movie yet I highly suggest you do, the writing is incredible, the acting is amazing the plot is fantastic, and Luc Besson ties it all together brilliantly. And above all those things baby Portman is in this movie, and what could be better than that.
I saw this wig at ALDO and immediately thought it would be perfect for a Mathilda costume. Although short (or black) hair doesn’t work that well with my face, I thought all together the grungy look was cute. I didn’t have a medium sized potted plant at my house, so I just took some pictures at a grocery store. That’s not weird right?
Anyways hope you guys had a fun, safe Halloween! And hope you’re all excited for the adventures the new month will bring. Lots new content on here for nablogwrimo, stick with me, it’ll be fun.
So for halloween I decided to create a video of some costumes you can find in your closet.
Hope you like the video and if you have a second, click through and give it a thumbs up.
