How perfect is this for a holiday outfit. I really loved these pieces I got from the Altuzarra for target collection. I think they are so cute and ideal for this holiday season. It might be a little short with the shorts, so maybe don’t wear this outfit with short shorts to like a huge family dinner, but to go out with friends around this Christmas time, it’s the perfect outfit. It’s like a really attractive “ugly Christmas sweater”, and the boots are also my favorite. I love how they’re the perfect heel height, and they look super elegant but still kind of sexy. This was only at target stores the morning of the launch so it not in stores anymore but I found some listings and linked them bellow. And now onto my weekly, random, off topic, inspirational paragraph.
I feel like I’ve been nerdy for most of my life. My favorite subject in school had always been math, I really really love computers, and I chose to stay home and learn some geeky new computer thing instead of going out quite a few of times in my life. So when college time came around computer science was an obvious choice for a little nerd like me (not right away actually, it took about two years to finally figure out where I wanted to go in life). I’m the kind of person who gets comfort from the fact that 2+2=4 and that it cannot equal 5 or 6 or yellow, it’s always reliable. Maybe that’s not the best way to bee though. This semester I ventured out into the art classes, just to see what I can discover about myself. I am not a super artsy person, I love fashion, and I do website and graphic design, but that’s about it (I also do sculpture, but not many people know that). However after a few moths giving into my creative side, I’ve become a way more innovative person, and my artistic side is a lot more confident. So the point of this was to say that if you have a major or a direction in life that you want to go in, it’s a good idea to go off road, to venture outside your comfort zone, you will not only improve in that area, but you will learn something about yourself an become a more well rounded individual.
